The gun

Álbum essencial do heavy psych inglês na estréia dos irmãos Gurvitz (então mais conhecidos como Curtis) no formato power trio lançado em 1968, com o compacto Race with the devil sucesso na época. É um hard rock de primeira com o uso de metais bem a frente, guitarra ritmo caretona sem nenhum efeito enquanto os solos abusavam do fuzz. Após este álbum, Peter Dunton do T2 assumiu a bateria do Gun que viria a ser o Baker Gurvitz Army com um certo Ginger Banker se juntando aos irmãos.

O Focus fez inclusive o show de Natal de 73 da BBC com outro show ao vivo. Traz uma Eruption mais contida junto com a excelente e longa Answers?
